Guide for dentistsSign in DENTIST QUICK START
Set ChairNotes up once, then start each consultation from the patient you already have open in Aerona.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST PATIENT
Use the link sent by your practice. Create your ChairNotes password and sign in with your own account — never a shared clinic login.
Sign in to ChairNotes to open the private extension link. Choose Add to Chrome, then Add extension. Install it once in the Chrome profile used for Aerona.
Allow microphone access when Chrome asks. Run the sound check before your first patient and select the headset or microphone you use chairside.
Sign in to Aerona as yourself, then sign in to ChairNotes. If you work at more than one clinic, choose the clinic you are working in today.
FOR EVERY PATIENT
The AI prepares a draft. You remain responsible for the clinical record and decide what is filed.
Check the name and date of birth on the patient chart before you start.
The Chrome extension opens ChairNotes with the patient already selected — no second search.
Tell the patient you are using a note-taking assistant, then record the consultation or dictate your summary.
Read the whole draft. Correct anything that needs changing. Only choose File to Aerona when the note is accurate and complete.
